how to cure bad breath
By: Andrew Mills
Are you one of those that are plagued by a bad halitosis problem? If you do suffer from bad breath, then you are aware just how hard it is to get rid of it and how embarrassing it can be. You most likely have tried products that did not work for you or just made your mouth feel like cotton.
One little known fact for people who suffer from bad breath is that tea can be helpful. Tea is a natural way to stop bad breath and it allows you to face the world again without worrying that your breath will offend people.
You do not have to put up with bad breath again or waste your money for something that does not work. Bad breath usualy occurs when bacteria grows on the surface of your tongue or in gum pockets.
The bacteria in your mouth gives off a sulfurous odor, and it is this odur that gives you the halitosis or bad breath. Most of the over the counter bad breath products try to cover up the smell, which is why they do not work.
In order to get rid of the bad breath problem, the bacteria itself has to be eliminated. Black tea is widely known to help control plaque within the mouth, which would normally cause the bacteria to grow.
Without the plaque in your mouth, the bacteria are kept under control, thus keeping bad breath at bay. Studies have shown that the polyphenols found in some teas helps keep the odor causing bacteria from forming.
By drinking a little tea daily, you can keep bad breath and plaque under control and also reduce the chances of getting colds, throat infections and even dental problems you endure.
What better way to do this than to do it with tea, which happens to be an all-natural product that has no harmful side effects linked to it? Not only that, but it assists with so many other things that help our body stay healthy longer.
Why bother taking handfuls of supplements and over the counter products to stay healthy, when you can just drink a little tea everyday to help almost all of the problems the supplements and over the counter products supposedly help to control.
Tea is not meant to totally replace your normal oral regimen such as brushing your teeth. Tea is only meant to work along with your oral hygiene routine to produce a better, healthier mouth.
Tea works great in between teeth brushing to eliminate bacteria and plaque from forming on the teeth when you just can't brush. Eliminate bad breath problems and get those nasty oral bacteria under control before they end up embarrassing you with their foul odor.
